Building on initial funding of EUR 5.8 million from the Luxembourgish government, FIT now aims to expand its activities with the support of committed institutional and private donors.
As Luxembourg’s first societal impact company (société d’impact sociétal – SIS) dedicated to financial services, FIT provides donors with a structured framework through which they can support innovative solutions with a strong potential for social or environmental impact. Donations made to FIT are fully tax-deductible.
A donation that can be reinvested
A donation to FIT does not fund just one initiative. When financing is repaid by a business, the funds can be reinvested in new organisations. Each euro donated can therefore be used several times to generate lasting positive outcomes.
A transparent approach
Donors can track the results achieved through their contribution by using clear performance indicators, annual reports on social and environmental outcomes, and independently audited financial statements.
