Head of Methodologies and Tools
Your responsibilities
- Structuring programme and project management methodologies: Define, formalise and continuously improve programme and project management methodologies and processes, in line with ADA's strategy and with a view to operational efficiency.
- Digital tools and governance: Select, develop and harmonise the necessary tools (including Microsoft 365 and other digital tools), while ensuring their governance, security and effective integration within the organisation.
- Team support and continuous improvement: Support teams in adopting methods and tools through documentation, training and the sharing of best practices, while monitoring usage and managing change.
- Coordination, supervision and management: Supervise key digital projects, collaborate with IT for consistent tool management, and ensure the planning and budgetary monitoring of the position's tasks.
