Your responsibilities
- Lead the learning process and capitalise on knowledge gained from interventions, with a view to continuous improvement and internal/external sharing.
- Define and coordinate the monitoring and evaluation framework, including indicators, data collection, analysis and reporting of results across the organisation.
- Coordinate methodologies and teams in line with ADA's strategy, ensuring supervision, consistency of practices and budget management.
